Mary's Mission Statement:

Because buying or selling a home should not be a bad experience, it should be a joyful, exciting time, leading to a new step in life.

Mary Ourada, a short Bio—

Mary Ourada was born and raised in San Diego California. When the city grew too big for her taste, she moved on to Breckenridge Colorado. She started out as many do in Summit County, as a ski bum. Since her early years here she has tried to move away twice, once to South Lake Tahoe and Interlaken Switzerland. Then coming back to Breckenridge, meeting her husband Duke and moving with him to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Idaho’s winter was far too gray and dreary and so back they came back to Summit County. This time with their son Hunter and residing in Silverthorne. “There is something about this place that you can’t get away from, I’m here for good now.” Mary enjoys much of what Summit County has to offer: downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, boating and camping along with her family. “How can I not, it’s all right here in my backyard, it doesn’t get much better.”

She has worked extensively in Property Management and Customer Service, but has found her true passion in Real Estate. “I really enjoy being part of seeing someone attain their goal or dream. Mary firmly believes in quality customer service and education. “Nothing is more frustrating to me than when someone doesn’t return your call or making you wait for information.” She knows Summit County well and the properties it has to offer.
