Being “first time home buyers”, there is a lot to learn. Thankfully Mary was there to help us out. She told us about the First Time Home Buyers class and referred us to Andy Anderson at The Mortgage Center for our home loan needs. Both of these resources helped us tremendously in making our final decision. Once we found out what we qualified for to buy a home, Mary got together some listings in our price range for us to start looking at. She was very good not to show us something that we could not afford. She also listened to what features and benefits we wanted in a place and only pulled selections for us based on those. That was a big help, because we didn’t waste any time looking at places that wouldn’t work for us.
